Fieldnotes by Nostedt is owned and published by Nostedt, Cameron Nostedt’s independent marketing business in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our services website is nostedt.com. Fieldnotes covers websites, marketing strategy, local search, advertising, content and automation.

We build websites and provide marketing services, so we have a commercial interest in this field. This library is our publication, not an independent review site.

What belongs here?

Practical guidance that helps you make a decision: what to ask, what to compare, what to check and what to prepare. You can use it whether you hire Nostedt, work with another provider or manage the work yourself.

We distinguish worked examples from market data and avoid promises about rankings, revenue or results. These resources provide general planning guidance; your project scope and written agreement determine what a provider is responsible for.

Recommendations and commercial relationships

Links to Nostedt services lead to our own business. We do not present them as independent endorsements. Launch resources contain no paid third-party placements or affiliate links. If a future resource includes one, we will identify that relationship on the resource.
